I am on day 19 of the Advocare 24 day challenge! I can’t believe I made it to this point! I shared my first days on the 24 day challenge with you. I am still trying to help you find out, does Advocare work?

But the proof is also seen in other ways.
I started WALKING daily! I actually have energy to get off the couch and go for a walk.
I have worked up to 1 mile each day. We have turned it into special time each day.
I was drinking 3 cups of coffee a day and 5+ cans of diet dr pepper. Not anymore! My Spark has replaced it.
My husband was so impressed that he jumped on the challenge too. He started last week.
So what do I eat on the Advocare Max Phase?
- Breakfast: Meal Replacement Shakes
- Snack: Apple with Peanut Butter
- Lunch: Greens, Chicken, Homemade Salsa. You can also have comblex carbs like Whole Grain Rice or Pasta.
- Snack: Almonds and a Spark
- Dinner: Whatever meat I make for the family along with a bed of greens. You can also have complex carbs like Whole Grain Rice or Pasta.
What supplements do you take on the Advocare Max Phase?
Each day you will be taking a strip of supplements. Each packet is clearly labeled with when to take them but you do have the choice on taking some of them at lunch or at breakfast. I take them at lunch because of my thyroid medication. I choose the MNS® 3.

- 30 minutes before breakfast: Spark, 1 Thermoplus, 1 before breakfast MNS packet

- 30 minutes before lunch: 1 before lunch MNS packet
- Lunch: The other 2 MNS packets
- Before my walk: Spark or Slam and 3 Catalyst
- Dinner: 2 Omega
- Before bed: 3 Catalyst
