Before you start you will determine how many containers you can eat each day.
Now take your target calories and use the table below. For example, my target is 1850, so I would be in the 1800- 2099 bracket. I would get 5 green, 3 purple, 5 red, 4 yellow, 1 blue, 1 orange, and 5 tablespoons each day.
