Semi-Homemade Apple Pizza Recipe

Holidays are here. It is crazy how fast this year has gone. One thing we want to do more of this year is have guests over. Now that we are back home and everyone is healthy, we want to have people over.

Are you having guests during the holidays? What can you throw together in a few minutes but make it seems like you have been working in the kitchen for hours? This semi-homemade apple pizza recipe! Thanks to my secret ingredient, NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Harvest Apple Refrigerated Cookie Dough, this masterpiece is quick and easy and tastes amazing!

We love these cookies. That is what inspired this apple pizza recipe. We stocked up when they showed up in Walmart for the season. If you see them- grab them. They are seasonal so it will only be available for a short time.

As I mentioned, the cookies are great alone, but I wanted to try something special using Harvest Apple OR Sugar Refrigerated Cookie Dough.

Pat out 1 and 1/2 packages of the Harvest Apple OR Sugar Refrigerated Cookie Dough in a pie pan. I used a wooden spoon to pat the dough.

Bake at 350 for 12 mins.

Melt the butter in a separate bowl.

Open your apple pie filling.

Pour Apple Pie Filling over the cookie pizza and spread evenly.

Sprinkle dry mix over the apple pie filling.

Spread melted butter over the pie.

Bake at 350 for 15 mins.

Immediately sprinkle the white chips and walnuts on the top and let sit to cool. You could add other toppings if you wish.

The apple center is gooey and the base is sweet and full of flavor. The sweet and crunchy flavors are the perfect combination.

YUM!
