This week was fun. People are starting to notice the weight loss! Grandma, sister in law, the girls at church! They all asked if I had lost weight. They could tell. YAY! That is the BEST!
This morning I am enjoying a Turbo Shake in my coffee. How do you make it? Just make your coffee. Add 2 tablespoons of almond milk. Add Turbo Shake. Shake and enjoy hot! YUM!

Week 1: 216.6
Week 2: 214
Week 3: 211.8
Total lost : 10 pounds! I did it! I lost 10 pounds in one month!!!!
