- 1 tbsp. oil of choice
- 1 bunch asparagus
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- 1 can of mushroom pieces
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cut the ends off the asparagus.
Sprinkle asparagus with salt and pepper.
Add asparagus and mushrooms to the warm oil.
Sauté for 5 minutes.
Flip and saute for another 5 mins.
