Losing weight is something I struggle with. This is a problem I have openly shared with you guys. So how am I doing? Well, I have fallen off the healthy eating wagon.

It is time to get back on track! It is very important that I STOP now and make a change to lose weight. My weight is completely out of control so I started looking into my options. I know it is time to get serious so I have decided do Nutrisystem again. I have been on this program before and I know it works! This week I am sharing my why with you. I am so excited to get started and share the journey with you all!

I will be sharing my journey with you each step of the way. I will be doing the  Uniquely Yours Program. I am so excited! I have 50-60 pounds that I really need to lose!

On Fridays I will post my Weekly Weigh In post. On that post I will pop in and tell you about my week along with how much I lost. I will try to be totally honest with you and I am happy to answer any questions you have about the food or program.

I placed my first month’s order last week and picked out some YUMMY meals! I picked out some things like Chocolate Muffins, Cinnamon Buns, Pizza, Thick Sliced French Toast, Spicy Kung Pao Noodles, Chicken Fajita Melt, and so many more yummy meals. I added some bars for convenient eating on the go.

Why Choose Nutrisystem? It is EASY! I like easy. I do not have time or energy to count carbs, calories, points, fat, etc. I want something that is easy to manage. My tracker and my app help me stay on track without worry or over thinking anything. It is also so easy to just grab and go! I like to grab and go. I am a mom and have a 40 hour a week job. I don’t have time to make big fancy breakfast or lunches. I end up missing those 2 meals if I have to take time to cook anything. I love that I can grab a bar and go if I need to. Or pop something in the microwave and in one minute I am ready to eat. I can throw salads together in a heartbeat to pair with my entree. It is easy peasy!

How I am preparing:

  1. Nutrisystem’s The Leaf is full of great info that I have used to prepare myself. Check out all the recipes and tips for getting on track and staying on track!
  2. NuMi is the free app that allows you to track your food, water & exercise daily. It’s a perfect tool to help keep you on track and stay within your calorie range… even when you are on the go!
  3. Shaker Bottle! This is a must, especially this first week!
  4. Vegetable Steamer for all the veggies!
  5. A fun waterbottle for all the water!
  6. Go shopping for veggies. You need four servings a day!

My first box arrived!! I am so excited to open all the goodies and separating all the yummy meals. My first order is called the Lean 13, it contains a one-week jumpstart titled the Turbo Takeoff. The Turbo Takeoff includes seven days of breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. It also includes our Turboshakes™ and NutriCrush® Bars help crush hunger. I will share more about this next week and let you know how it goes.

I hope you are excited! I am excited and scared! This is a very humbling thing for me. My husband does not even know my weight. BUT…I think in order to really share this with you all I have to be completely honest! I am thankful that I have all of my fabulous readers to keep me motivated and hold me accountable.
