Sometimes you want something sweet! Even when you are eating healthy or on a diet you can enjoy sweets. You can make smoothies or try this trick to enjoy a Paleo sweet salad.
Add Cinnamon!
That’s right! Adding cinnamon adds the perfect amount of sweet to your salads. You can pair greens with fruit and top with cinnamon for a healthy treat. This is my favorite sweet salad recipe. It is great for those on the Paleo Diet! (Yes I am totally into the Paleo Diet right now! I am still learning!) Cinnamon is also great for you.
My Paleo Sweet Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- Blueberries
- Strawberries
- Kale
- Spinach
- Cinnamon
- Clean chop and combine the greens and fruit.
- Add cinnamon to taste. I did 1 teaspoon.
- Toss
- Enjoy!
