I am working on eating the ketogenic diet way of life. I love sweets. That can seem like a challenge when eating low carb. Thanks to the ketogenic diet it is possible. For example I love pancakes. Here is a great recipe for low carb pancakes that you will love! You can eat these on the keto / low carb diet.
I wish I could say I came up with this idea but all the credit goes to I Breath I am Hungry. I just added my personal touch to it.
These low carb pancakes are easy and delicious and sure to satisfy your tweet tooth while on a low carb/ keto diet. They work on the egg fast too! 🙂
Ingredients:
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons butter
Add all to a blender or ninja bullet
Slowly pour the batter into the buttered pan. Cook for about 1 min. Then flip.
Once done you can enjoy as pancakes or crepes. I added sugar free pancake syrup to mine and enjoyed them both ways.
