Welcome to Wellness Wednesday. Last week I had my first aerobics class. I went to a free class at our community center. It was great and I survived! My little man took pictures to prove it. OK … don’t laugh at me!
Monday morning I got up with the intention of going again, then real mommy moments took over. The clothing breakdown, hair crisis, quick trip to the store, Monday morning emails blowing up my phone, I realized I was out of my medicine, made breakfast for the hubby and a separate one for the daughter, lost my son (he was in his room), and well…It was one of those mornings!
The next time I looked at the clock it was almost 9. I had to get to work! No time for getting little man dressed, fed, find shoes and load up the car. I was already late. No way! I realized there had to be a way to do cardio workouts at home for weight loss for free. There is!
I did a search on YouTube and found a few that were great cardio workouts at home for beginners. ME! I put my hair up, put on my shoes, and got to stepping! Let me tell you, finding cardio for beginners…real beginners and overweight people like me, is HARD! You can search for cardio for beginners, but I am not sure what beginners can actually do those moves. I played over 10 and started them, before stopping and looking for something else.
