This Easy Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breast Recipe is Keto Friendly and Low Carb and delicious!
We have started back on the Keto diet. I am not much of a cook. In fact I have a sign in the kitchen that says “Dinner is done when the smoke alarm goes off.” But I am trying new and simple recipes to help us have more success on this way of life. This easy bacon wrapped chicken bread recipe is super easy and so yummy!
Easy Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breast Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breast ( I used the bags of breasts from Walmart)
- 2 bacon slices for each breast ( I used thick Great Value Bacon from Walmart)
- 2 tablespoons of butter (I used [amazon_textlink asin=’B000CC1FM8′ text=’Kerrygold’ template=’ProductLink’ store=’loveandcent0d-20′ marketplace=’US’ link_id=’16b8b351-1352-11e9-bd44-0d4e991a3909′])
- Salt, Pepper, Season It All (Or seasonings of choice)
Preheat over to 400°
Microwave your 2 tablespoons butter
Add the seasoning to your butter. Eyeball it to your desired flavor.
Coat each breast in your butter mixture.
Wrap each breast in 2 slices of bacon.
Place chicken seam-side down on on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
Switch oven to broil and broil 6 minutes.
Flip chicken and broil 6 more minutes or until crispy.
