My Opinion:
I was sent a 3 Piece Starter Set which includes 6.5″ Open Skillet and 1.25 Qt Saucepot with Cover to review. The cover fits both products! I was super excited to try this new cookware!
The first thing I noticed was that it looked great! I love the look of the cookware! I read the instructions front to back. What I loved was how they explained how you should use it on the gas stove verses the electric stove. It did state the ceramic cookware holds heat more than the average cookware. I love this because that means that I will use less gas (or electricity if you have an electric stove) because once it is hot you do not have to keep the heat on high to keep it warm. 
It is perfect for a single serving of anything! I made Nutrisystem Fajitas. (See the post on that here). The information was accurate! Once the water boiled I was able to turn the heat to almost nothing while it cooked. Then when it was done I covered it and turned off the heat. Like most moms I then had to get my kids settled for dinner. So 30 minutes later I returned to get my food! (Yes- 30 minutes! Really!) Even with the heat off my food was kept piping hot! That was very impressive!
