- 4 Chicken Thighs
- 1 tbsp seasonings of choice
- 1 low carb marinara sauce
- 1/2 package pepperoni
- 1 cup cheese of choice
Season chicken with your choice of seasoning (I used garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper)
Brown the chicken on both sides in the skillet
Place the chicken in a glass casserole dish.
Cover each chicken with a generous amount of pizza sauce.
Add shredded cheese of choice and pepperoni on each piece of chicken
Bake at 400F for 30-35 minutes, or until starting to slightly brown.
