  • 4 Chicken Thighs
  • 1 tbsp seasonings of choice
  • 1 low carb marinara sauce
  • 1/2 package pepperoni
  • 1 cup cheese of choice


  • Season chicken with your choice of seasoning (I used garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper)
  • Brown the chicken on both sides in the skillet
  • Place the chicken in a glass casserole dish.
  • Cover each chicken with a generous amount of pizza sauce.
  • Add shredded cheese of choice and pepperoni on each piece of chicken
  • Bake at 400F for 30-35 minutes, or until starting to slightly brown.
