Instructions
Pre Heat oven to 350
Brown your ground meat on the stove.
Once browned and drained follow the taco seasoning instructions and add to the pan. Cook according to instructions. (about 5 mins)
While the meat cooks get out your 9 x 13 glass pan, sauce, cheese, and tortillas.
Add enchilada sauce to the bottom of the pan. Just enough to make a light coating on the bottom.
To make the enchiladas you will add 1 large spoonful of the beef to your tortilla. Top with cheese and then roll up tightly.
Place the rolled tortillas with the opening along the bottom of the pan. Place them close together so that you can fit them all in your pan.
Once they are all rolled and in the pan add the rest of the enchilada sauce to the top. Then top with shredded cheese.
Tightly wrap the dish with aluminum foil and place it in the oven.
Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.
