MICKEY MOUSE CLUBHOUSE: I HEART MINNIE

In celebration of the February 7th release of Disney’s MICKEY MOUSE CLUBHOUSE: I HEART MINNIE on DVD and just in time for Valentine’s Day, we have a free fun Valentine’s Day Fun Pack! These free printable Valentine’s Day Packs include a Cookie Recipe, Mailbag Craft, and Sharing Cards! You can find these free printables below. But first I want to share how we used these activities to throw a I Heart Minnie viewing party!

I got the new Minnie Mouse dvd in today and knew my kids would be excited. I decided this would be a fun day for a party! WHY NOT?! I went to the dollar store to get a few goodies. They have everything! I got some snacks and used some adorable Minnie plates, cups, napkins and gift bags!

When the kids got off the bus I told them I had a big surprise for them. They threw down their backpacks and ran inside. I did not see their faces since they were so fast but I heard them! They all yelled! They were so excited to have a party totally out of the blue! They each made a plate of snacks and plopped down on the couch to watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse: I heart Minnie.

I loved when it was time for the OH TODDLES! All the kids would yell out what the item was that they wanted them to choose.

Our party included ages 2-10 and they ALL loved it! I think Mickey Mouse Clubhouse brings out the kid in all of us! I joined in the laughs with them.

The five classic episodes include:

·       Minnie & Daisy’s Flower Shower (All-New, Never-Before-Seen) – The botanical highlight of the year is in trouble, unless Minnie and Daisy can get their flowers to bloom! Together, they board the glove balloon to help coax the clouds to sprinkle much needed rain.

·       Daisy’s Dance -Clap your hands and tap your feet! Join Daisy, as she gets ready for one of the most important events of her life––performing in the big talent show!

·       Daisy’s Pet Project – The Pet Parade is almost here and Daisy needs to find the perfect animal for which she can love and care. But it’s not as easy as she thinks and soon she has three new friends: an elephant named Bubbles, a giraffe called Longfellow and a bunny called Captain Jumps-a-lot!

·       Minnie’s Rainbow – After a brightly colored rainbow appears over the clubhouse, Minnie searches for the pot of gold that’s supposed to be at its end. Along the way, she meets a leprechaun and discovers that not all treasure turns out to be as she expected!

·       Minnie’s Birthday – Today is Minnie’s birthday, but the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse friends need to set up her birthday party.

Their favorite part was when they were fixing to make a cake. Mickey turned the knob to get the kitchen and up pops the bathroom. Dr John Drake was taking a bath. The laughing was loud and so much fun!

After the movie we got started on the free Minnie Mouse Valentines activities. We filled out the valentines and  made valentine card holders. It was so much fun! And it was all FREE! I used the activities you can find below.

  1. we just did a mickey mouse party. Found a really cute candy necklace box at walmart. The kids got to make their own candy necklaces, however I think they ate most of the candy before they put it on their necklace, lol

  2. What a fun idea to have a party waiting for the kids when they come home from school! I must admit I watch Mickey Mouse Club House every day with the little girl I babysit for. We love to do the “Hot Dog” dance together. She’d love this dvd (and I’d enjoy watching it with her). Thanks for the review!

  3. The Totally last minute party! Awesome ! I can imagine how excited your kids were, the unexpefted is so much more fun for kids! Great job Mom!

  4. Dollar Store goodies are the best! What a fun party! Looks like the “princesses” had a great time!
