Dark Mode Off / On

I was craving something sweet today. Actually all week. You know the days that you just NEED something sweet? I wanted to go to get a big box of oreos and sit and eat the whole box. BUT I didn’t! I decided it was time to try paleo chocolate chip cookies.

But first, a funny thing happened. My husband came home after a bad day and he heard the word cookies! He wanted some too! We had this conversation:

Me: I was going to make healthy paleo cookies. Do you want healthy ones or regular ones?

Him: Regular, definetly regular!

Me: Ok.

I went to make his “regular” cookies. As luck would have it, we didn’t have white flour, so I had to use my Almond Flour. (I am slowly replacing all the bad stuff with healthier options) So I made him gluten free cookies that still had the butter, eggs, and all that good stuff. I knew he would notice the Almond Flour, but oh well!

Delicious and easy Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies (Egg Free, Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

As they cooled I made my Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies. Just so you know the recipe on Running to the Kitchen is AMAZING! I only changed a few small things.

After they were done, I decided to do a little experiment. I brought one of each cookie to my husband to try. I wanted to know which he liked best. They looked very different and even smelled different. I did not tell them how they were different or what was in either one. He tried them both with his critical taste. I almost fell over when he showed me the one he liked. He liked the PALEO COOKIE!

If HE can like these delicious Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies that says A LOT! They are THAT good!

I had a couple with my evening cup of green tea. Ahhh! That was exactly what I was craving! AND I stayed on track with my diet. YAY!

Here is the amazing recipe.
