This Easy Pepperoni Pizza Chicken Bake is perfect for those following the low-carb or Keto diet. This is a easy dinner recipe that the whole family will enjoy!
Following the keto diet has been fun and I have tried lots of new easy keto recipes. This one was a huge hit at my house so I had to share it. This easy keto recipe helps with those pizza and comfort food cravings.
A few notes on keeping this low carb and keto friendly:
For the Pepperoni, you can use any but I recommend you use regular for more fat.
My Mariana sauce came from Aldi and has 5 net carbs per serving. It is called Specially Selected Premium Marinara. You can use any sauce that you prefer just be sure to check the label and make sure it is low carb has minimal sugars!
This would work with chicken breasts as well. We used thighs because they are higher in fat.
Cheese can be any that you wish. We only had cheddar on hand. Mozzarella would be great too! We also topped it with Parmesan before eating.
Easy Pepperoni Pizza Chicken Bake Recipe (Keto/ Low Carb)
Ingredients
- Chicken Thighs
- Low Carb Marinara Sauce – See above tips.
- Pepperoni
- Cheese – Your choice of cheese. I used cheddar because that is what we had.
- Seasonings (I used garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper)
Instructions
Season chicken with your choice of seasoning (I used garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper)
Brown the chicken on both sides in the skillet
Place the chicken in a glass casserole dish.
Cover each chicken with a generous amount of Marinara sauce.
Add shredded cheese of choice and pepperoni on each piece of chicken.
Bake at 400F for 30-35 minutes, or until starting to slightly brown.

- 1 tbsp seasonings of choice
- 1 low carb marinara sauce
- 1/2 package pepperoni
- 1 cup cheese of choice
