Losing weight is fun and should be celebrated! If you are like me, celebrations usually involve food. We always celebrate by having a snack night or going out to our favorite restaurant. Whether it is milestones or holidays, our life revolves around FOOD! But when you are serious about losing weight food splurges are not that way to go. I have been brainstorming non-food ways to celebrate weight loss for my weight loss milestones and other fun events.
