This is a new kind of company that also has a passion for the environment and ecosystem. How do they do that? Well honestly at first I assumed it was the packaging but it is so much more. It goes deep! The packaging is a small part of it. They remove as much plastic from the environment as they can through the entire supply chain. Their eco friendly packaging is made from 29% post consumer recycled (PCR) materials!
Second lets talk about the ingredients and how that is also helping the earth
Chippin Sustainable Pet Food and Treats are made here in the USA from local farmers that they know and trust! They do not use meats from unknown sources, instead they source their proteins (silver carp, cricket, spirulina) directly from small to medium sized family farmers and fishers. These proteins are hypoallergenic and scientifically shown to be more digestible than chicken. They craft each recipe with board certified veterinary nutritionists and PhDs.
What is Cricket protein? I wondered that too. It is exactly as it says. Protein made of Crickets. I know this sounds odd but it is actually a wonderful option for many reasons!
