Do you love S’mores in the summer?
It is one of our favorite treats and I am always looking for ways to make different versions of S’more desserts and goodies.  I love all the bars and pie recipes out there, but I wanted something a little quicker and a bit smaller for my sugar loving boys!
This one is so easy, it literally takes minutes and you have a gooey chocolate treat!

You need three ingredients:
Graham Crackers
Mini Marshmallows
Chocolate chips

These Honey Maid Lil’ Squares are the perfect bite size! They are slightly bigger than a Cheese it cracker and I think they are a great size for little kiddos.

All you need to do is turn your stove onto broil.Lay your little grahams out on a cookie sheet and top with a mini marshmallow.  Pop them in the oven to broil for about 30 seconds or until the marshmallow starts to get a little brown and “toasted” on top.  As soon as you pull them out push your little chocolate chip into the center of the mallow.  Just let them cool slightly and then enjoy this gooey treat!

These went over so well with my kids and they have begged me to make them again.  Such a great option when you can’t get out to roast your marshmallows over a camp fire. Plus, they are bite sized, so they are much less messy!

Enjoy!

  1. Oh my, I’ve never seen this before! How cute!!! My daughter said she wants a “camping party” for her birthday next year (who knows if it’ll change between now and then, lol) and this would be perfect! 🙂
