The scale can be super scary. But not if you are on Nutrisystem. I have to make myself wait to get on the scale. Last week I had a dr appointment mid week and it was so fun to see a lower number on the scale! The Dr could see I was trying!
Before I share the scale with you, here are some of my favorite Nutrisystem foods for the week.
Chicken Pasta Parmesan with red pepper and a side salad
Chocolate Iced Coffee with Protein Shake
Cheese tortellini topped with cheese and a side salad.
When I stepped on the scale on Sunday morning I did a happy dance!
Starting weight: 219.9
Week 1: 216.6
Week 2: 214
Week 3: 211.8
Total lost : 8.1 pounds! I am on track to lose 10 pounds this month! Will I do it? Stay tuned to next week!!!

Great Job. Iโm just finishing up week 4. Weight is going up and down. Last Friday I got on the scale and it was down 6lbs from start weight and then got on yesterday and had โgainedโ 2 lbs. The number can be frustrating but Iโm still plowing along!
