Ingredients For Chewy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 cups Raisins
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 cup Room Temp Butter
  • 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 2 cups Quaker Oats Old Fashioned Oatmeal

Other things you will need:

  • 2 mixing bowls
  • a mixer
  • mixing spoons
  • a scoop or small spoon
  • cookie pan
  • measuring spoons and cups
  • non stick spray

Instructions for your Soft & Chewy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Beat eggs in small bowl. Add vanilla and raisins. Mix well. Let sit.
  3. Get a new bowl. Mix butter, sugar and brown sugar using a mixer.
  4. Add in all dry ingredients except flour and oats (salt, baking soda and cinnamon).
  5. Add in flour one cup at a time until thoroughly mixed.
  6. Add egg, vanilla and raisin mixture and mix until thoroughly combined.
  7. Add oatmeal one cup at a time and mix until combined.
  8. Cook in 350 degree oven for 11 minutes.
