
I love a good chewy, soft homemade cookie! What I love even more is a quick and easy chewy, soft homemade cookie. If you are like me you will love these quick and easy, soft & chewy oatmeal raisin cookies!
Ingredients For Chewy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
- 3 Eggs
- 2 cups Raisins
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 cup Room Temp Butter
- 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 2 cups Quaker Oats Old Fashioned Oatmeal
Other things you will need:
- 2 mixing bowls
- a mixer
- mixing spoons
- a scoop or small spoon
- cookie pan
- measuring spoons and cups
- non stick spray
Instructions for your Soft & Chewy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
- Preheat oven to 350
- Beat eggs in small bowl. Add vanilla and raisins. Mix well. Let sit.
- Get a new bowl. Mix butter, sugar and brown sugar using a mixer.
- Add in all dry ingredients except flour and oats (salt, baking soda and cinnamon).
- Add in flour one cup at a time until thoroughly mixed.
- Add egg, vanilla and raisin mixture and mix until thoroughly combined.
- Add oatmeal one cup at a time and mix until combined.
- Cook in 350 degree oven for 11 minutes.
