- 2 cans large, flaky biscuits
- 2 pound ground breakfast sausage
- 1 package of white country gravy mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. (Use the temp on the biscuit can as a guide)
Prepare a small casserole dish with cooking spray. I used a 9×9.
Open biscuits, and cut biscuits into quarters.
Layer half of the quarters in the pan.
Bake according to the biscuit can instructions. Mine was for 15 mins. You want the biscuits to be light brown.
Brown your 2 pounds of sausage. Use less if you prefer. We like sausage!
Make the gravy according to the instructions.
Combine sausage and gravy.
Pour the gravy mix over the biscuits.
Layer the remaining quartered biscuits over the gravy.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
