For our anniversary we stayed in the beautiful Rockport Fulton area on the gulf coast of Texas. Ever since we visited Port Aransas and passed through Rockport I have wanted to visit. It is such a beautiful area!

Find the Windmill in the Tree- This was an adventure! During the Hurricane of 1919 what is believed to be the blade of the Fulton’s windmill lodged in the tree behind the Fulton Mansion. Ask for help if you can’t find it.
Watch the sunrise- Visit a pier and watch the sunrise.
Visit the Rockport Beach- It is only $5 to enter and park close to the beach or you can park in the free parking and take a short walk.
Visit the Fulton Mansion- Check online to see if it is open for tours. If it is closed you an still walk around the mansion and the gardens.
Watch the sunset
Visit The Boiling Pot -AMAZING FOOD!
Visit a market and grill up your seafood
Go shopping in downtown- Lots of fun shops!
Visit the Texas Maritime Museum- Rates: $8 Ages 13-59 and $3 Ages 3-12
Search for Hermit Crabs in the beach
Go for a drive along Fulton Beach to see the boats
Rent a Golf Cart and go for a ride along the bay
