Dark Mode Off / On

I just finished reading The Promise by Beth Wiseman, I could not wait to share it with you! This story is completely captivating. From the first chapter I could relate to the characters. I felt like I really knew Tate and Mallory and could feel their happiness and pain. They were relatable. They reside in Houston, TX which was super exciting for me.

Beth Wiseman takes you on a journey. I felt like I was on the journey with Mallory. I felt her desire to fulfill her promise and was cheering for her. She struggled with her spirituality and that plays a big role in this book. I learned a lot while I was on the journey with her.

As I reached the end of the book, I could not put it down! I wanted to know what would happen. It was exciting, scary, sweet, and horrible all at once. I had to know, would she find love in an unexpected place? Would she fulfill her promise? Would she find a friend in an enemy? Would she make a huge mistake or the best decision ever? What about Tate?
