We had such a fun weekend. My daughter was full of creative ideas and I love when that happens! Today her idea was to create an DIY Ombre Pillow Case. This is a great craft for tweens! It is fun and really easy. I love crafts that we can use around the house and this is one of those.

To make the ombre Pillow case diy you only need a few supplies from Amazon. I had them on hand from her birthday party.

DIY Ombre Pillow Case Tutorial

Supplies

• Fabric markers
• Plain Pillowcase
• Pencil
• Ruler

Start out by drawing the word that you want on the pillow case. We called in dad to help with this task. He wrote love in cursive. 

Then he added two arrows in opposite directions. He used the ruler for straight lines. 

Next she used her fabric markers to plan out her ombre look.

She did an ombre look on the arrows first.

Then it was time to fill in the word love. She used her colors to create the diy ombre look on the pillow case.

Last she outlined the word in a black fabric marker.

We love the way the DIY Ombre Pillowcase turned out! It is fun and so creative!
