The Best Yes: Making Wise Decisions in the Midst of Endless Demands by Lysa Terkeurst
–
This is all about saying yes and saying NO! You have to know your limits. There are 5 questions you should ask yourself before you say yes to something big. She will share those with you. If you can say yes to those 5 major questions than you can easily make the hard choices in your life. This book has given me so much peace about what is needed in my life.

Grace, Not Perfection: Embracing Simplicity, Celebrating Joy by Emily Ley- This is next on my list of books to read. This is an inspirational book that encourages women to simplify and prioritize. Designed with Emily Ley’s signature aesthetic, this book gives women tangible ways to simplify their lives to give space to what matters most. With a focus on faith, Emily reminds readers that God abundantly pours out grace on us—and that surely we can extend grace to ourselves.

Savor  by Shauna Niequist  This is a daily devotional book that I am in love with! Shauna shares devotionals, recipes, and more! In this daily devotional, Shauna Niequist becomes a friend across the pages, sharing her heart with yours, keeping you company, and inviting you into the abundant life God offers.

The Magnolia Story by Joanna Gaines – This is also on my list of books I can’t wait to read!! The Magnolia Story is the first book from Chip and Joanna, offering their fans a detailed look at their life together. From the very first renovation project they ever tackled together, to the project that nearly cost them everything; from the childhood memories that shaped them, to the twists and turns that led them to the life they share on the farm today.

She Reads Truth: Holding Tight to Permanent in a World That’s Passing Away by Amanda Bible Williams and Raechel Myers She Reads Truth tells the stories of two women who discovered, through very different lives and circumstances, that only God and His Word remain unchanged as the world around them shifted and slipped away. Infused with biblical application and Scripture, this book is not just about two characters in two stories, but about one Hero and one Story. Every image points to the bigger picture—that God and His Word are true. Not because of anything we do, but because of who He is. Not once, not occasionally, but right now and all the time.

Make it Happen: Surrender Your Fear. Take the Leap. Live On Purpose. by  Lara Casey- Make It Happen is for women who find themselves worried, anxious, and completely overwhelmed by the constant chase for perfection those seeking the courage to jump into a new venture, working women who are struggling to “do it all”, weary wives and moms looking for relief from burning the candle at both ends, or anyone who dreams of a life lived not by accident, but on purpose.

Love Warrior (Oprah’s Book Club): A Memoir by Glennon Doyle Melton – This is one I could not put down. I read it on a weekend trip for work and it was so emotional. I felt Glennon’s heart! This is for people that have ever hid their real feelings. Pretended to be or feel something they were not. Anyone searching for their real self. This is about loving your true self before you can love anyone else. And being ok with that!

Uninvited: Living Loved When You Feel Less Than, Left Out, and Lonely by Lysa Terkeurst I just received this book and I can’t wait to get started reading it! Uninvited reminds us we are destined for a love that can never be diminished, tarnished, shaken, or taken–a love that does not reject or uninvite.

Present Over Perfect: Leaving Behind Frantic for a Simpler, More Soulful Way of Livingby Shauna Niequist- I just received this book as well and can’t wait to read it! Written in Shauna’s warm and vulnerable style, this collection of essays focuses on the most important transformation in her life, and maybe yours too: leaving behind busyness and frantic living and rediscovering the person you were made to be.Present Over Perfect is a hand reaching out, pulling you free from the constant pressure to perform faster, push harder, and produce more, all while maintaining an exhausting image of perfection.
