This was a good week. I am back on my Advocare products and doing a mostly Paleo diet. My doctor reminded me that it was the best thing for my body. Limited to no grains and sugar. Back on track for me.
It has only been one week back on the Advocare MNS and Spark and clean eating and I lost 1.4 pounds. This was part of the weight I gained while doing the 21 Day Fix and Shakeology. Speaking of that, I received my next box of Shakeology, but I returned it for a refund. That just didn’t work for me. The return process was super easy. So yay!
Here are my updates for this week. I need to work on my sleep patterns and getting in all of my 8000 steps each day.
Total weight loss since May 2014- 30 pounds! 70 to go!
I lost some inches too! About 1 inch all over! SWEET!

- Hips: 47 -1in
- Chest: 42 -1in
- Thigh: 23 -1in
- Arm: 12 -0in
We are getting excited about summer. I have already started looking ahead at my summer wardrobe. I am going to be so excited to wear a size or two smaller than I did last year. I found super cute Playsuits and Kimonos From Tesco that I would LOVE to have the confidence to wear. And if I do, I will totally share with you! I like having these little non-scale goals.
On a personal note, softball season is almost over. I am the team mom this year. It has been so much fun. I am thankful that I have been on this weight loss journey so I have more energy to do this.
