Hey guys!
So this was week 2 for me and I have to say it was much easier than the first week! I was able to eat a lot more.If you are following me on Instagram Stories then you have already seen most of what I ate this week. If not, follow me now here.
I am still learning to discipline myself to not eat all the time and only eat the approved things.
Let me tell you what a day looks like:
- Breakfast
- Snack
- Lunch
- Snack
- Dinner
- Snack
So you are eating all day! This makes me happy! 🙂
I was allowed to add back in what they call Smart Carbs. They are some of my favorite things! So it doesn’t make me feel like I am being deprived of all the fun foods that I enjoy.
Next week I’ll talk more about snacks and smart carbs.
