Hey guys!

So this was week 2 for me and I have to say it was much easier than the first week! I was able to eat a lot more.If you are following me on Instagram Stories then you have already seen most of what I ate this week. If not, follow me now here.

I am still learning to discipline myself to not eat all the time and only eat the approved things.

Let me tell you what a day looks like:

  • Breakfast
  • Snack
  • Lunch
  • Snack
  • Dinner
  • Snack

So you are eating all day! This makes me happy! 🙂
