This is my third week on Nutrisystem. This past weekend was very hard for me as it was Easter weekend. I ate a few too many sweets. Monday I jumped back on the diet train to weight loss. I tried something a little exciting this week to mix it up a bit. This Nutrisystem Strawberry Vanilla Smoothie Recipe is a fun way to spruce up the Nutrisystem Vanilla Mix.
Nutrisystem Strawberry Vanilla Smoothie Recipe
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 Nutrisystem Vanilla Protein Drink Packet
- 3/4 cup cold water
- 1 cup ice
Add all and blend. ENJOY!
This counts as a Powerfuel (the Vanilla Protein Packet) and 1/2 SmartCarb (1/2 strawberries)
I paired it with a Frozen French Toast (Nutrisystem Entree), 1 packet sugar substitute (extra), and 1/2 banana (1/2 SmartCarb).
Start out the day on a delicious foot! YUM!

Week 2 Update:
Gained 2 pounds (Totally my fault— Easter Ham, Easter Candy, etc., etc.) But it could have been much more. I am thankful for that.

Can you mix strawberry drink with fat free milk. Do you add the crushed ice & the strawberry drink to blender ?
