Yesterday was my birthday and we were all busy with work so we couldn’t go out. But that didn’t stop us from celebrating. I looked through the pantry for what I had to make a cake and put together a few yummy chocolate ingredients to create something we have never tried before. Yall, it turned out amazing!! I had to share this super easy triple chocolate pudding cake recipe with you because it is so easy and so GOOD!
This is one of those recipes that anyone can make. My little man even helped me make this super easy triple chocolate pudding cake! I love when he helps me! And since this didn’t have any eggs in it we could lick the bowl! YUM!
Ingredients:
Chocolate chips- about 1 1/2 cups
1 Chocolate Devils Food Cake Mix- Just the box. Not the other ingredients that it calls for.
1 box Chocolate Pudding Mix AND Whatever your pudding mix calls for. Mine called for 2 cups milk.
Directions:
Add pudding mix to the bowl and follow the directions on the box. For ours we added 2 cups milk and whisked for 2 mins! You want it to be smooth and look like pudding!
Next add in your cake mix. Not the ingredients it calls for. Just the mix!
Mix well! It will be thick and resemble a brownie mix.
Once blended well pour into a 9 x 13 dish.
Add your chocolate chips to the top. Just sprinkle generously.
Pop in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
It will be so fluffy when it comes out. Let it sit for at least 20 mins to cool.
Then cut your slice. It is so fluffy it is easy to cut and stays together like a sponge.
It is AMAZING! The pudding really makes it soft and fluffy on the inside. Each bite is heavenly!
