 The last few months have been a learning experience for me. I have felt so defeated. I am still on this weight loss journey. But I fell into a dangerous pattern.  I have become obsessed with food. I either eat too much or not enough to keep me healthy.

I have always been an emotional eater. But this is different. When I am in this pattern, I do not feel full. I eat without thinking. Eat eat eat.

Diets are dangerous for me. I become so obsessed with counting calories. Doing more than what is suggested. My thinking is, if you can lose weight at 1300 calories, then I’ll do 900 calories. Then nothing happens except I feel tired, moody, and miserable.

  2. I just order the 21 day fix and im wondering if my son who is 7 years old cand do it too, he is 87 pounds and doctor said he needs to loose weight.
