Hey guys! So last week was supposed to be week 3 for me but I was very sick. I had the stomach flu. So for days I ate only broth and crackers. Once I was able to eat I was told to eat rice, potatoes, toast, crackers, soup, etc. So I have been eating like that for a few days. So for that reason I am not sharing my weight this week. I did not stay on my NS plan and I hope to be back to my healthy self next week so I can get back on track.
So this week I wanted to talk about snacks and carbs.
Snacks are so yummy! You can choose from things like Chocolate Chip Cookies, Whole Grain Pretzels, Cupcakes, Brownies, Chips called Snack A Rounds, Ice Cream, and much more!
You are allowed one NS Snack a day and 1 Smart Carb a day on my plan.
My favorite PowerFuel and SmartCarb pairing is an apple and 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter. YUM!
